 I’m Kathy Staiano,

and I’ve been a full time professional real estate broker associate in the State of Colorado for over twenty-five years. I would love to talk to you about your residential real estate needs.

I’ve worked in the luxury residential market, specializing in many unique metro Denver neighborhoods. I have developed a passion for keeping updated on all Denver neighborhoods, including Cherry Creek, Cherry Hills, Denver Country Club, to Washington Park and Platt Park and many more. Understanding the unique and innate qualities of all Denver subdivisions, as well as developing concrete knowledge of home design, has been my passion.

Additionally, I’ve been involved in the development of residential homes in metro Denver. Experiencing the process of home construction and design, emanating from a vacant lot, to then culminating in a beautifully completed home has greatly enhanced my real estate sales skills.

Perhaps the most important element of becoming a professional residential broker associate is possessing knowledge of the real estate business. I’ve been fortunate to serve on local association educational boards and taskforce committees, as well as becoming a member of the Research Committee for the National Association of REALTORS. These activities have enhanced my approach to assisting my clients to find the perfect home for them and to provide the knowledge of the neighborhoods and market conditions, all of which are key components of a home purchase.

I’ve dedicated a substantial amount of time to keep pace with all the educational resources within the real estate industry. These efforts led to the achievement of the following certifications/designations:

  • Electronic Real Estate Certified (e-Pro);

  • Certified Commercial Investment Member Candidate (CCIM Cand.);

  • Certified International Real Estate Specialist (I.R.E.S.);

I’m Jeff Bernard:

 

I’ve been fortunate to be intimately involved in the real estate industry for nearly 30 years. I began my career as a real estate financial analyst, which is a skillset that has benefited many of my clients throughout the years. As my career progressed I embarked on a new journey and entered the commercial and residential real estate marketing and sales industry.

My next career evolution propelled me into the residential real estate development business. In my view, there is no better way to understand the building and financial components of a home purchase than living through the process from the beginning to the end. The learning curve is extensive, but perhaps the most advantageous skill I can provide to my clients.

As time passed I felt it was time to give back to my industry. The result of the decision resulted in my election to the Denver Board of REALTORS®, leading to being elected as the President of the Denver Board of REALTORS®. I occupied positions as Director of the Colorado Board of REALTORS®,

and then advanced to become an Executive Director of the National Association of REALTORS®.

In 2007 I was humbled by being the recipient of the REALTORS® of the Year award, bestowed to me by the Denver Board of REALTORS®. This award was a surprise and an honor.

I strongly feel that anyone who purchases real estate deserves to work with a REALTOR® who is dedicated to building ongoing knowledge about the real estate industry. Thus I pursued a significant number of certifications, which were the culmination of several hours, days, and months of continuing education. Some of those certifications/designations are as follows:

When I began my career in the residential real estate industry I was eager to learn more about this exciting industry.
